UK delivery
Delivery availability is confirmed when you enter your address at checkout. We only accept orders for supported destinations.

Your checkout shows the final delivery charge before payment. Any destination-specific restriction or additional service must be disclosed before you order.
Delivery estimates
Our current estimated delivery time to the UK is 5–10 days from the date you place your order. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.
Unless another timeframe is expressly agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days or any shorter mandatory period required by applicable law. Estimates are not a guarantee for a particular date unless we expressly agree one.
Tracking your parcel
When tracking is available, we include it in your dispatch confirmation. Use that link to follow the parcel. If tracking does not update or a parcel appears lost, email info@petformix.co.uk with your order number.
Address changes
Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered fulfilment, but we will help where possible and explain any options or reasonable additional cost before proceeding.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
Contact us if delivery is late, tracking shows an unexpected status, or the parcel arrives damaged. If possible, retain the packaging and provide photos to help us investigate. Photos are helpful evidence, not a blanket condition for exercising statutory rights.
We will work with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate remedy where an order is lost, damaged or not delivered as agreed. You do not need to resolve a delivery dispute with the courier on our behalf. We remain responsible until delivery to you or your nominated recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Subscriptions and separate parcels
The 30-, 60- or 90-day subscription interval is the time between recurring orders, not a promise that every parcel arrives exactly on that date. If items are sent separately, available tracking identifies the relevant shipment.
