A routine you control
Subscribe & Save creates recurring product orders. A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew automatically. Review the purchase type, quantity, recurring price and billing frequency before subscribing.

These are ordering intervals. A tub's duration depends on your dog's daily serving and the number of dogs using it.
Initial and renewal prices
The current ProCans® subscription offer gives 60% off the regular product price on the first delivery, followed by 25% off on renewals. The recurring price is therefore higher than the introductory price. Eligible UK subscription deliveries are free.
The offer and amounts displayed at checkout and in your confirmation govern your subscription. An introductory offer does not automatically apply to later deliveries. Promotional gifts apply only to qualifying selections as displayed with the offer; they are not included with every product or purchase type.
Recurring payment authorisation
By completing a subscription checkout, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the agreed interval until you cancel. Your initial payment is collected at checkout; subsequent payments follow the schedule shown in your subscription details.
Manage or cancel online
Use the subscription-management link in your subscription emails or available account controls to review upcoming orders and manage your subscription. You can cancel future renewals online. If you cannot access the controls, email info@petformix.co.uk and we will help.
Submit a cancellation or change before the next recurring charge is processed to prevent that renewal. If it has already been charged, contact us promptly about the order. Cancelling renewals does not take away cancellation or return rights for goods already ordered.
There is no cancellation fee or minimum number of renewal orders under the current ProCans® offer.
Changes and payment problems
If a payment fails or there is a fulfilment issue, we may contact you and pause fulfilment while it is resolved. Update payment and delivery details using the secure account controls. Do not email full card details.
If we propose a material change to the recurring price or terms, we will notify you in advance and allow you to cancel before the change takes effect. We will not use a future website update to silently change the price of an existing order.
Returns and the 90-day guarantee
Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to subscription orders, including the 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Refunding one order does not automatically cancel future renewals. Cancel them through the management controls or tell us that you also want to end the subscription.
