1. Shopping with PetFormiX
These terms apply when you buy products through petformix.co.uk. Read them with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Subscription policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and keep your account access secure.
2. Orders and payment
Review the product, quantity, purchase type, delivery details and total before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept an order when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.
We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not supported, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or misuse. This does not remove your statutory rights.
3. Prices and offers
The currency, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. Prices and offers may change for future purchases; an accepted order is not repriced retrospectively. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charging a different amount without your agreement.
Some discounts apply only to an initial subscription delivery. A renewal may cost more than the first delivery. Check the recurring price and frequency displayed when subscribing.
4. Product information and use
Follow the current product label and serving instructions. Individual experiences vary. Pet care information on this website is general information and is not personalised veterinary advice. Products should not replace veterinary care when your pet needs it.
Website images illustrate the product; minor packaging changes may occur. Goods must remain as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms excludes the product standards required by law.
5. Delivery, ownership and risk
See our Shipping Policy for charges, estimates and help with a delayed or missing parcel. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
6. Returns and cancellation
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellation, return costs, refunds, faulty goods and our 90-day guarantee. Your statutory rights apply to discounted and subscription orders as well as full-price purchases.
7. Subscriptions
A subscription authorises recurring charges at the agreed interval until cancelled. Our Subscription Policy explains delivery schedules, introductory offers, renewals and cancellation. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription.
8. Reviews and website content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material, or disclose another person's private information. We may moderate content for these reasons; criticism alone is not a reason to suppress a genuine review.
Our branding, text and creative materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not copy or exploit its content commercially without permission.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Questions and complaints
Email info@petformix.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. You may still use any court, regulator or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law.
11. Applicable law and changes
Mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence continue to apply, including applicable UK consumer protections. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts available under mandatory law.
The version in force when you place an order applies to that purchase. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated in advance, with an opportunity to cancel before they take effect.
